You should be aware that this agreement may change from time to time. PRODUCT AFTERCARE

BAG CARE
To protect your bag when it´s not being used, we recommend you to keep the bag in the dust bag provided. Leather bags/leather details should be sprayed with a Leather protector prior to its first use, and regularly thereafter. The bag cannot be washed due to its leather details. The fabric of the bag are not impregnated, so use a Textile/fabric impregnation prior to its first use, and regularly thereafter.

PAYMENT

CREDIT CARD
We accept credit/debit card payments from: VISA, Mastercard and PayPal. 
When you pay with your credit card the payment will be managed by our payment partner Payex for a fast and safe payment. Quirky & Qualified AB never saves any information regarding your credit card. All Information is sent through Payex secure online payment gateway.  

Payex payment solutions are PCI-certified by Visa and Matercard. For security reasons, sensitive payment information such as card no is not stored by the merchant. Instead, all information is encrypted on Payex’s payment pages which are secured with SSL certificates. 

PAYPAL
You can choose to pay either with your PayPal account or with a credit card that is connected to your PayPal account. For more information please go to www.paypal.com.

WHEN WILL YOUR ORDER BE CHARGED
Once your order has been placed online and you go through the checkout counter, we will charge for your order and you will get a confirmation receipt. When the payment has been taken, your goods will be dispatched via selected delivery service.

TAXES & DUTIES

EUROPEAN UNION
If your country is part of the European Union (EU), price includes Swedish VAT at 25 %. We use delivery term DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) to all countries within the European Union. This means that taxes and duties are included in the prices at checkout.

COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION (EU)
Orders to countries outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are charged once your package reaches your country. For these countries we use delivery term DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). That means that the price that is displayed at checkout is exclusive of all taxes and duties as well as Swedish VAT. We are unable to advise the exact amount of Duties and Taxes your parcel will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local Customs.

PROMOTIONS

Please not that from time to time you will find offers and promotions which are not available at our other retailers.

LAW

This agreement and each purchase of a Littlephant product from our web shop shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of Sweden.

PRIVACY

The Swedish company Quirky & Qualified
AB is the controller of the personal data you submit to us and responsible for your personal data under applicable data protection law.

Data privacy is of high importance for Littlephant / Quirky & Qualified AB.

Your data is safe with us. We don’t sell it, license it or share it to any part outside Quirky & Qualified AB. We never have and never will.

If you sign up for our newsletter you get regularly updates on news, special offers and information from us. To keep you updated on this we only keep your email address. And you can at any time cancel the newsletter buy pushing the unsubscribe link in the newsletter. After you have confirmed your cancelation your data will immediately be deleted from our lists.

To be able to handle your order we need some personal information about you. We will handle all your personal information that you provide us with when you place an order carefully and will not pass it on to any third party. The information needed is your First name and Last name, Billing address, Shipping address, phone number, e-mail address, Country. This data is saved and shared to our internal partners only to be able to issue your order. If you wish to permanently delete any data we hold on you please contact us at contact@littlephant.com and we are happy to help you.

The data that we collect from you is stored within the European Economic Area (“EEA”) and will never be transferred outside of this area.

You have the right to get a copy of your data transferred to you. This only includes the personal data that you have issued to us.

You have the right to erase any personal data processed by Littlephant / Quirky & Qualified AB at any time except for the following situations

  - You have an opened order which has not yet been shipped or partially shipped

  - If you have made any purchase, we will keep your personal data in connection to your transaction for bookkeeping rules.

DELIVERY & RETURN

DELIVERY TIME
All orders are processed within one to three business days and the total delivery time for all orders are 3 – 10 business days. We will contact you if there is an excessive delay with the dispatch of your order.  

SHIPPING COST

SWEDEN
For all orders shipped within Sweden a freight cost of 49 SEK will be added to the order (this will automatically be added to the order at the checkout counter after you have selected your country).

EU
For all orders shipped within EU a freight cost of 99 SEK will be added to the order (this will automatically be added to the order at the checkout counter after you have selected your country).

U.K.
For all orders to U.K. freight cost of 299 Sek (€29) will be added. Orders are shipped with DHL or UPS. Please note that all orders must be delivered to one address and we can’t deliver to PO boxes. Please note that countries outside of EU don’t pay Swedish tax and that you have to pay the tax in your home country before the courier can deliver the parcel. Please contact the Customs in your country to get details on VAT charges.

EUROPE (Except U.K.)
For all orders to counties outside EU but within Europe freight cost of 199 will be added. 

ASIA, NORTH- & SOUTH AMERICA
For Asia, Australia and North & South America a freight cost will be estimated on request and added to the order. Please e-mail contact@littlephant.com to get more information.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Swedish orders are shipped with DB Schenker and DHL. International orders, countries within Europe and North & South America, are shipped with UPS, Fedex, TNT or DHL. Once your order is shipped we will send you a second e-mail with final confirmation and instruction of how to track and collect your parcel.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
During your checkout process, you will be asked to select the shipping address for your order. Please note that goods can’t be left to you without a signature and the courier’s usually operate daytime, normally between 8am – 6pm on business days. Also note that all orders must be delivered to one address and we can’t deliver to PO boxes. 

If there is no one to receive your delivery, the delivery driver will leave a note which will tell you how to arrange delivery or to pick up your order. If your parcel has not arrived within the expected time, please contact your specific carrier directly or contact us at weborder@littlephant.com. Please note that countries outside of EU don’t pay Swedish tax and that you have to pay the tax in your home country before UPS can deliver the parcel.

If your package has been damaged at the time of delivery make sure you point this out to the carrier leaving the parcel and then contact the carrier directly. We are unable to redirect orders once the items have been dispatched. We cannot be held responsible for any third party involvement where delays occur to deliveries. We strongly recommend you to place your order early at particularly busy times of the year (on holidays such as Christmas) to make allowance for delivery delays.  

In case any technical difficulties regarding the quantities in stock or price errors may occur we reserve the right to cancel your order. You will be notified of the situation and the money will be credited to your account.

RETURNS
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return items to us, but you can not return cut fabrics and antiques. Once we have received the returned items, we will refund the cost of the items to the original purchaser’s credit card. We will not refund any customs duties and taxes on order shipped outside of the EU. 

Please note that fabric by the meter cannot be returned or exchanged. And we will only refund items that are sent back to us in their original condition, with the correct labels and boxes.

Also note that you can only return Littlephant products that has been purchased and paid for through our webshop (www.littlephant.com). If you like to return a product bought from elsewhere you need to contact that retail store/webshop directly.

 You as customer are responsible for any postal charge of your return so you can select a postal service of your choice. As soon as we have received and registered your returned item/s in their original condition, we will then process your refund and release the money back into your account. However it might take up to 7 bank days before you can see or use the money. Please note that during busy seasons (such as after Christmas) this might take longer. Up to 30 days is accepted by the Swedish law. 

RECLAMATION/ FAULTY ITEM
In case of receiving an inaccurate delivered product or damaged items please contact our customer service as soon as possible within the 14 days and they will help you to arrange a free return for you. contact@littlephant.com

Replacement or refund of a defective product will be sent free of charge.Before you send your items back to us you must send us an e-mail to contact@littlephant.com and we will give you further instructions.

LIABILITY & PRODUCTS DETAILS

We warrant that Littlephant products are manufactured with reasonable care and skill. However we cannot guarantee that the Littlephant product will meet your requirements. The products are displayed in the true colours and all sizes and measurements are as accurately as we can reasonably make them. However how the colours appears on your screen is depending upon your computers display monitor and how you perceive colour.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in and relating to the Littlepahnt web shop and Littlephant products are owned by, or exclusively licensed to us. It is not legal to copy, distribute, show in public or create any derivative work from the Littlephant website, a Littlephant product or from any material which appear on our web shop unless agreed upon in writing from us.

COOKIES

If you want to buy products on our webshop you will need to have cookies enabled on your internet browser. Without the cookies you will not be able to shop on our site.

The usage of cookies is to help us identify and track individual shopping charts through the order process.

For example it helps us with the following statistics:

Tracking no of visitors
No of pages per visit.
Numbers of returns to the website
To keep track of your shopping basket
Keeping track of when you sign out and how long you stay on the site.
